All I can say is LOL. I bought a chair today at 10/11am and I called at 1:30 to ask if I can return it because it’s too big and the guy just said no “would you buy something that was previously assembled” - like honestly. It hasn’t been used, I still have ALL the packaging. I’m not asking for my money back I want to get a different chair (worse it’s more expensive than the one I want to return). Never buying from there again. Definitely lost me for good. What a joke. ZERO star rating.
Cielo’s after sales service is honestly the worst. I ordered a bed base that makes a creaking noise and reported it in Jan. I asked for them to make a plan for me with a bed base as they needed to take it back to PE/EL for repairs and did not know how long it would take. Putting my mattress on the floor for days or weeks makes no sense. A little initiative would be great
Took my boyfriend here (waterfall) for his birthday and what an experience, they were fully booked but made a plan for us. Great food, great alcohol, great atmosphere and incredible service. Definitely one of our fav places to go.
I’ve never had such a bad experience with an insurer. When I had to claim for my stolen phone I was all of a sudden UNDERINSURED which BLOWS my mind. Now because the “value of phone has increased” I have to pay the difference. I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THE INCREASE AND THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INCREASE OR DECREASE IN THE PRICE WHICH IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. I would NEVER recommend this insurer to ANYONE. EVER.
