Debited Incorrectly
I am DISGUSTED honestly. My debit date is on the last day of the month but you decide out of the blue to debit my account this morning on the 22nd of November? Njani? I have never missed premiums. I'm told I should wait 48hours and send my bank statement to prove that MIWAY took my money as it is part of the refund procedure? Did you guys follow any procedure when debiting my account this morning? clearly not!!! Now tell me MIWAY how will I support my kids in the interim? Who is going to buy them bread? should they also wait for 48hours before they can eat? I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED IN MY ACCCOUNT!!!!!

POOR SERVICE
I was sold a faulty vehicle with mechanical issues, reported it to Riyaad and Howard the salesman, till today no joy from this dealership. Definitely terminating my contract and returning this vehicle back.
