Horrible service by Morgan who couldn’t pour wine for us and said he is busy they are fully booked , brought food without salt and pepper to my table and literally had to fetch it myself. This happened on 8 October 2023 .
You keep closing my complaint f I r asking for calls which you claim are recorded, how pathetic.
I want all call recordings sinse 2015 to date. Stop sending me policy documents, I want the damn calls.
They are busy sendi g me policy documents when I requestes for calls, this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received in my life.
I took up funeral policy 2015 called asking about cash back between 2017-2020 agents advising me I will get it after 5 years in August, this year they say my policy do not have the benefits, I requested calls to prove I was being mislead all these years, they close my complaints with telling me that my policy don't have the benefits, not by providing calls as per request. I am very irate and upset this has been going on from August logged so many complaints no one takes responsibility.
