I implore everyone who is considering using these ****** ******* to really do research and don't sign anything with them including your Will. They advertise "Free Will" but this just merely gives them the opportunity to try sell you a product which they refer to as a "Legacy Protection Plan" to cover estate fees once someone has passed away. Please DO NOT SIGN UP before reading the fine print as they are able to walk away from the agreement at any time which means you could pay from now for the rest of your life and when you die they can renounce themselves and all your premiums are down the drain. 90% of their consultants are *****sters that don't even know or understand the winding up of an estate process. **Try this** - next time you have a meeting with them, go for the consultation and make it clear upfront that you just want information and won't be signing anything and you'll see how the attitude quickly changes because their consultants make commission on the policy they sell and not the actual "Free Will"! Cheeky little ****bags which also happens to be ******. I emailed CEO Alex Simeonides to ask him if Patrice Motsepe knows about their ***** and how people of color are being ****med and opressed both internally and externally. In addition, their recent acquisition with Sanlam - I was told by an ex-employee that "Sanlam Legacy is gor white people". PEOPLE OF COLOUR DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE ****BAGS! P.s Alex Simeonides - God Bless you! You will need it.
In around may last year a friend of mine noticed my hair thinking and advised I should seek medical advice. Upon googling I found Advanced Hair Studio (AHS). I enquired on line then made a booking at their Pretoria offices where I met with Yules Naidoo who apparently is a Tricologist (when I asked for a medical certificate he said they will request one to be sent via email - needles to say i did not receive anything. I was really hesitant but decided to go through as the consulting was free of charge. Upon entering a pretty sloppy looking office you will notice posters of the like of Leon Schuster, Jacques Kallis etc who are obviously brand ambassadors which makes things seem much more believable. We proceeded to fill in a "Medical questionnaire" that's asked about occupation (so they know how much to charge you) they ask for physical address (so they can check how big your house is on google maps) and how I know this is because Yules left his PC on my address on google maps when I walked in his office which he quickly shut down. We proceeded with the examination anyway. I was asked about 5 questions and was told the diagnosis is Androgenetic Alopecia. We then went into treatment and after glorifying some LED lights and products I was not sold... he went on further to say he could give me a discount if I paid all today!? Let me add that this was about 18k odd! So, being the vigilant person I am I sent a friend for a consultation where he has absolutely no hear but was offered the same treatment, same process, same price and even said if he paid all upfront he would get a discount. So these guys just sit there and say the same thing and just milk you according to your occupation, where u live etc. Please read reviews, hair loss is a sensitive topic and these guys pray on that vulnerability. So I did not purchase but what I found more interesting as I was leaving Yules told me that he could do another favour and just start me with the products(which are useless) but mentioned something strange which was "we don't sell just the products but I can do it for you under my staff number, you would just need to give me cash" These people are thieves and will try and milk your last cent. Yules Naidoo also sells cannabis products which is his own site business at the actual advanced hair office! What a clown show. Guys be vigilant! I will shave my hair off than deal with these people. The scary part was I was about to fork out a lot of money. BIG SCAMMERS. Won't deal with Advanced Hair or Mr Naidoo and his little **** business

So couple months prior to the pandemic I visited these guys for a consult relating to may hair condition. I visited Yules Naidoo from the Centurion branch who sold me a procedure for R12k (Laser therapy - Which is a bunch of lights with minoxidil - Doesnt work dont waste your money) after our program was completed he advised there have been results even though I didnt see any, he said I must continue with products which were used during the program (gel, shampoo, minoxidil etc) but said I would have to pay for this monthly (about R1100) but further said that the if I paid R500 to his personal account (which I have proof of payments to on several occasions) he would give me the products under his name as a staff member. I purchased this way for a few months and then tried to contact this company only to speak to a rude arrogant slob name Brent Stanfield. I'm still waiting for the managers/owners details I've been defrauded and anyone who deals with anything relating to this company is just pure stupid! I want a refund and an answer as to why was I paying into a staffs personal account! They refuse to answer my calls and return emails. Absolutely putrid service .. p.s do your research these guys stick wigs, shine lights and make claims but dont deliver. Worst experience ever!
