I am absolutely disgusted by the approach the company takes when it comes to unforseen reasons to cancel a treatment. I joined last year October and was not informed or any clauses or company policies in place. I paid a 50% upfront and attended minimal sessions however due to unforseen circumstances I was forced to request to cancel the treatment and request a refund of he remaining sessions. I was lead to believe there will be resolution but instead received a nightmare of a call whereby I was told they company policy prohibits refunds. What disgusting service instead they still trying to replace my refund with products and alternative treatments. Clients don't join with intentions of leaving but when faced with certain situations we have no other options. I just want the funds due to me not your products or alternative treatments. I would suggest that if ever you want to join a program with this company ask for terms and conditions because hey are not forthcoming or transparent with information. It's absolutely the worst possible inhuman way to treat people.

I called to ask how much is 1 session for micro needling and I got told its R15k and R21k, I asked Melissa what's the price for 1 session, then she turns around and asks me if I'm on drugs but shes really dumb, she can't say sorry we only offer 6 months or 12 months. Very rude and abrupt please think twice before you contact them, disgusting from a so called manager .

Very, very bad service from the Santon branch, I have been dealing with Avanced Hair Studio for the past ten years, had an appointment on the 24th of February at 16h30 that was made personally with the Hair stylist, I live and work in Zeerust so to make my appointment I must travel around 300 km to get to the Avanced Hair Studio in Santon, I phoned the AHS on the morning of the appointment just to make sure all was OK, Miemie answered the phone, asked her regarding my appointment for the afternoon she replied saying that she will phone me back in two minutes, I waited about a half an hour and still Miemie didn't phone me back so I phoned the studio from my land line and nobody answered the phone, I phoned about ten times but still no answer, I then used my cell phone to phone the studio and every time I phoned I was cut off, I then realised the they didn't want to take my calls because all these switchboards show the number when you phone in so they can see when I'm phoning in and that's why they didn't answer, I find this very un professional especially from a well known company as Avanced Hair Studio, they could of just answered and apologized that they had a problem with my appointment but instead they ignored me completely so what was I to do, likely I had dealt with a real professional gentleman called Sean de Villiers previously, Sean unfortunately had moved from the JHB branch to the Cape Town branch so I had no other resort as to phone him, I phoned home and explained the whole situation to him, he at first apologized on behalf of the Santon branch and said that he was going to see if he can help me out, Sean as I said has always handeled me in a very professional manner, unfortunately can't say the same about the Santon branch, they are just very un professional and incompetent, thanks to Sean I have been sorted out.

Good day Ppl. Please be warned of Advanced Hair Studio. I am coming to Hello Peter to warn you about advanced hair studio (AHS) South Africa. I was employed by AHS and it is all a scam I have pictures of there sales pitch and they so called training manual and it's all about getting the customers to pay as much as you can and make sure they pay before leaving your office. None of there so called Studio managers are qualified to diagnose your alopecia. None of them are Tricologist or specialist. We are employed to get the most money out of clients we can. Advanced hair studio in South Africa not one of they studio managers and specialist or qualified. We are told to use the score to close the deal. Everything about the Studio Managers is fake they prescribed treatment and put you on Serenoa 320 and Minoxidil when not even qualified to do so. They is no quotes given to clients or price unless the client is in front of you. Over my week in one of there office they took people for the sum of 583000 .00 rand in that month by a scammer that wears a white doctors jacket to make you think they are specialists. After working there for a week on training by someone that was only there for a month before I started who had no qualifications in this industry. I was shocked to see the prices they charge clients and how they take advantage of people... Been there and working for them I still didn't see a actual price list of what there products cost. I was told to charge as much as I think I could get out of clients by Tim Robinson there National Sales Manager that sits in the UK. The questionnaire they give you on arrival is to see how much money they can get out of you. They don't issues you an qoute invoice only recipes on payment no VAT is charged. They are doggie. They have no hr department in South Africa they or proper head office. I saw a lot happen in there offices which I will take further with correct channels and because I asked to many questions I was let go same time. I brought it up to the attention of Mario Zario who is apparently just helping out here in South Africa. They play on people's emotions and vulnerability. They don't care or even know how to treat your alopecia it is all a scam and nearly all they clients I witnessed wear given the same treatment but very different prices, they just want your money and the most they can get out of clients. I'm taking about nothing less then R20 000 and saw price go up to 40k and they get these poor clients to pay in full before leaving there office. I have Neva witnessed something like this in my life and was horrified. Please come forward if you have a complaint or have been taken for money by AHS. They cannot do this to ppl. Please be warned

In around may last year a friend of mine noticed my hair thinking and advised I should seek medical advice. Upon googling I found Advanced Hair Studio (AHS). I enquired on line then made a booking at their Pretoria offices where I met with Yules Naidoo who apparently is a Tricologist (when I asked for a medical certificate he said they will request one to be sent via email - needles to say i did not receive anything. I was really hesitant but decided to go through as the consulting was free of charge. Upon entering a pretty sloppy looking office you will notice posters of the like of Leon Schuster, Jacques Kallis etc who are obviously brand ambassadors which makes things seem much more believable. We proceeded to fill in a "Medical questionnaire" that's asked about occupation (so they know how much to charge you) they ask for physical address (so they can check how big your house is on google maps) and how I know this is because Yules left his PC on my address on google maps when I walked in his office which he quickly shut down. We proceeded with the examination anyway. I was asked about 5 questions and was told the diagnosis is Androgenetic Alopecia. We then went into treatment and after glorifying some LED lights and products I was not sold... he went on further to say he could give me a discount if I paid all today!? Let me add that this was about 18k odd! So, being the vigilant person I am I sent a friend for a consultation where he has absolutely no hear but was offered the same treatment, same process, same price and even said if he paid all upfront he would get a discount. So these guys just sit there and say the same thing and just milk you according to your occupation, where u live etc. Please read reviews, hair loss is a sensitive topic and these guys pray on that vulnerability. So I did not purchase but what I found more interesting as I was leaving Yules told me that he could do another favour and just start me with the products(which are useless) but mentioned something strange which was "we don't sell just the products but I can do it for you under my staff number, you would just need to give me cash" These people are thieves and will try and milk your last cent. Yules Naidoo also sells cannabis products which is his own site business at the actual advanced hair office! What a clown show. Guys be vigilant! I will shave my hair off than deal with these people. The scary part was I was about to fork out a lot of money. BIG SCAMMERS. Won't deal with Advanced Hair or Mr Naidoo and his little **** business.
