I am absolutely disgusted by the approach the company takes when it comes to unforseen reasons to cancel a treatment. I joined last year October and was not informed or any clauses or company policies in place. I paid a 50% upfront and attended minimal sessions however due to unforseen circumstances I was forced to request to cancel the treatment and request a refund of he remaining sessions. I was lead to believe there will be resolution but instead received a nightmare of a call whereby I was told they company policy prohibits refunds. What disgusting service instead they still trying to replace my refund with products and alternative treatments. Clients don't join with intentions of leaving but when faced with certain situations we have no other options. I just want the funds due to me not your products or alternative treatments. I would suggest that if ever you want to join a program with this company ask for terms and conditions because hey are not forthcoming or transparent with information. It's absolutely the worst possible inhuman way to treat people.

In light of my recent post where they performed an unauthorized debit order. I was informed it was an administrative error. I am still awaiting the processing of my refund because they do not check and verify received payments to offset and ensure correct debit orders are loaded. I have supp**** relevant information and the 2 debits reflect on the home loan account as well but no joy from Nedbank. They have set me back in bank charges and other missed debit orders. I have been calling since the incident occurred on Saturday 25th October and to date I have not received my refund. This is unprofessional and *********. Truly disappointed and disgusted by the service of this bank.
I was sent my new debit order amount and to my surprise nedbank debited me for the previous amount and the latest interest amount. Disgusting that they cannot even correct a debit order. Take more than 2 times the payment and now put people in a situation because we have other debit orders and bank charges. I want my money back nedbank you are *******.
Placed an order early and asked for early delivery due to the individual leaving early to catch a flight. Got no help. Now the package has still not arrived despite me requesting it be delivered before I leave work. They are not efficient

More than 48 hours without connection between Afrihost and Openserve I don't know who is more *********** at this time. I have been told lies and received false information of when issues will be resolved. I have an open call, don't get updates unless I ask, my connection is still down. I constantly experience issues and need to ask for help. They just don't care. The wifi doesn't even have full coverage inside my home when it works. Definitely not a service provider worth recommending
It's been the worst experience with Afrihost Openserve. I have a line issue was told it's a network issue allow 48 hrs then I'm told they need to come sort out my line they will definitely come on certain dates and nothing. We pay for these services and clearly it's not value for money. I constantly have issues every month. This time no connection at all. They appear to be unbothered, unhelpful, unresponsive and don't value customers.
