Pathetic service

Hi, I asked Senamile Mbokazi at Atlas Finance to update my credit profile for debt of 2023, its almost 2 months now no update from the bureau or atlas finance..... she ignores my emails. To the CEO you are running a pathetic business with pathetic staff, actually starting from the top which is you.... all I want is for my profile to be updated.

Can someone from your department to call me asap, you people are messing with my credit, I paid, I have the emails and paid up letter since last year but nothing is updated with the bureau. Pathetic service 2 emails no reply

Pathetic Service

I bought my lawn mower December, the blade stopped turned, I took into builders fourways, 25 Jan 2026, first the staff at returns has no manners, attitude is pathetic and they can't even spell Blade. The Trim tech ambassador was present but stood there with a mouth full of teeth.i called 16 Feb to ask what's happening, I got told I must pay R202 but I still haven't received the quote. Please people rather go to a better builders with friendly staff FOURWAYS IS THE PITS AND THE STORE MANAGER STILL HASNT CALLED ME

I mailed no reply, you ask the chat box, it says you number 50 in the que, still no call since Monday 10am I want to cancel my vitality because I was given incorrect info, i also want a quote for my car.
