Poor Service delivery
Since cartrack damaged my vehicle rooflining while installing an dashcam they have made no attemp to fix the damage they caused.i asked for the dsshvam to be removed after i cancelled the subscribtion due to the damage. They swithed the dashcam off immediatly. I get now phoned daily about payment for the dashcam. When i asking when the damage would be fixed they cant provide me with an answer. The service is really sad. Do not join cartrack.

Poor service
On the 26 of October 2024 cartrack came to my house to install a dashcam in my vehicle. On completion of the work i noticed that my car roof lining was damaged. After numerous calls and emails it appear that cartrack have no intention to fix the roof. I cancelled the contract at the end and will have to spend R1800 to repair my vehicle roof. I am very dissapointed regards this service delivery. I would advice everyone not to install this dashcam sytem.

Poor service
We have purchased an Bennette air air fryer from Makro Silverlakes Pretoria. Within two weeks the air fryer repaired by Macro and we were informed that is was a black fuse. After two weeks we were contacted to collect the air fryer after it has been repaired. Then in August same issue occurred so we returned it to Makro again and i requested a refund and not to have it repaired as i lost my confidence in this product. They then said it will go back to the supplier and then request a refund.. 4 days later i get an sms aaying that they will refund the money. Today i went to go fer my refund but on arrival they told me that it is actually repaired and i muat take it home. I refused and said a few things and demanded to speak to the store manager. Sufise to say he did not come ro apeak to me but informed the person in the return dept to just refund. It is bas if the manager dontncome to see or hear your side of the story to prevent furthef issues like mine. Its just common curtesy to do so..

Bad service.
Very schethy, i rented a flat let from them in Villieria, i was promised that the place would repaired (including a toilet door) it never happenned. You can begging to commit to their word but they will just ignore you.
