I have yet to experience what i had with this company. It was appointed by my insurer santam to assess my motor for my garage door. It then transpired that the door cables needed attention. Wilanie recommemded a service provider which I paid through them. The money for cables to be fixed together with the access for the motor was paid to Wilanie. It has been impossible for them to come out and fix my door. My car has been parked in a garage that does not close during this terrible time wity numerous burglaries and car thefts. I would warn anyone who values integrity to stay away from them. I have reported them to my insurer and hope that they will do the right thing and not use their services
I have asked for the cancellation of my insurance. Iemas is the brokers. forwarded the proof that I have taken out insurance with another company since they insisted on that. no cancellation has since the beginning of the month been effected. paying two premiums for this month.
I’m now convinced that solomons Pretoria north sells to her clientele fake brands and I will tell you why I make this claim. Just before the national lock down, I went and bought some clothing which included about others, a Pringle belt. I have always bought brands which I consider credible backed up by the mission statements that these companies so boldly profess. The belt in a matter of months showed signs of erosion. This was odd to me since this was a leather belt. Some time after the lockdown restrictions were eased, I paid a visit to the store with the intention of reporting the belt and asking for an exchange. One of the managers was very quick to want to dismissed me. This irritated me gravely. I was able to produce proof that I purchased the belt from their store. After some altercation he agreed to return the belt to Pringle and ask for a refund. This was just before the 15 of December 2020. Today the 18 of January 2021, I get a call from one of the workers telling me that Pringle has refused the exchange. I demanded that they furnish me with proof of their communication and proof that they belt was send and return. She failed to share that and instead told me she had called Pringle. I subsequently ask that she furnish me with the contacts of Pringle as well as the day she had a conversation with them about this matter. Still, nothing is forthcoming. It is unethical for both the brand as well as those that sell these commodities as real when in fact they are fake. I am intending to bring this to the attention of Pringle because if they allow that their brand name be used in this unethical manner, not only will they lose the respect that I and many others might have of it, but in a context that is fraud with corruption, they are in my opinion contributing to keeping that hegemony in place and thereby robbing those who are powerless and voiceless.
I am now convinced that this company is a fraud. I called early this month to indicate that i will be trading in the car i had insured with them for another. I could not get a better premium that I am satisfied with from them, hence i went to another company. I was then told that i needed to provide them with proof of the car that has been traded in. i complied because I wanted part of the premium since i was paying a premium with this new company. still, no acknowledgement from them after having forwarded the proof of the trade-in. This is my policy number 1040996601
