It so happened that I met various people on different occasions and I chose Tiger's Milk as the venue for the mere reason that it is conveniently situated. I also pop in there for a coffee or two when I need to kill time awaiting the grandkids to finish dance class. I am really impress with the service and the quality of their food. Today we once again had to meet with people and once again chose Tiger's Milk as the venue. Once again I was not disappointed. Great atmosphere and friendly and courteous staff.
My grandchildren recently joined Dance Illusions Studio. What a pleasant atmosphere. The training is top class. A high priority is placed on the happiness of children. The atmosphere is warm and heartily. An absolute delight to be there.
What a wonderful experience. Had a 10th birthday party there on 20 Feb 2021. The service was excellent. Staff clearly highly skilled, professional and customer care a high priority. My experience with Miway was a nightmare. We were involved in an accident on 27 September 2020 and lodged a third party claim with Miway. In the first week of November 2020 they offered R2000 on a R18 000 claim. When we disputed this we received an email indicating that their offer was in any event too much and actually should have been less. I then claimed from my Insurance. Outsurance, there the claim was finalized in two days and two days after that our access amount was recovered and paid. The claim amount was R10 000 plus more than what Miway offered. In addition the claim advisor of Miway I perceived as rude and argumentative. I responded with a comprehensive email when I rejected the offer. It was very clear that not a single point I tabled was even considered. They were also very quick to threaten with a counter claim in an event where I would decide to take legal action. I found that to be a strategy to discourage people from the public to take any further action in an event where the outcome is not satisfactory. As a result of this experience we cancelled life insurance we were about to take out at Miway. Both me and my daughter cancelled. Needless to say is that I will never insure with Miway. If Miway is the only Insurance Company left in the world I will then go without insurance. This is how strong I feel about the experience I have had with them.
The service I received from Outsurance was absolutely AWESOME. I was involved in a car accident on 27 September 2020. As the accident was not my fault and because I did not want to loose my no claim bonus I claimed from the guilty party's insurance, Miway. Well Miway took forever and eventually offered R 2000. When we disputed this I received a mail from Miway that the amount offered was in any event too much and should have been less. On 10 Nov 2020 I claimed from Outsurance. On 12 November 2020 the claim was finalized and paid. Needless to say the amount was substantially more than Miway offered. On 16 Nov 2020 Outsurance informed me that they recovered the access amount and payment into our account was made immediately. Not once was it necessary for me to call Outsurance. They phoned me and when I was not available they attempt alternative methods to contact me. I would like to mention the names of Joel Mhlongo and Tharia Quintal. They were prompt and very professional. There was also other Employees that needs to be appraised for their professional service. Tracey, who registered the claim when I phoned the first time. Then there was also another lady that called just after the claim was registered. All of these Employees impressed as staff that knew what they were talking about. In this day and age and especially the Covid pandemic that became an excuse for poor service I can only say that I am pleasantly surprised. There is absolutely nothing, not a single thing that I can point out to say they can better on. Well I have been a client of Outsurance for donkey years and I will recommend them without a blink of an eye. Awesome. Fantastic. Excellent.
Absolutely disgusted with MiWay's service. Their client hit my car on the 27th of September. The assessor never came out to inspect the car. We sent them two quotes, which the lowest one was R18000. After calling every single day, they finally sent through the offer .... R2000 and the car is being written off. This, after it was rear accident damage, which means their client is 100% at fault. (To which he admitted in a sworn affidavit) I should be placed in a position where I was before the accident, now i'm worse off. This also after getting treated like all of this was my fault by the worst claims advisor I have ever come accross, telling me that I should just be patient, thats why they call it an accident, these things happen. Now i'm sitting with a badly damaged car and can't fix one single thing. I would never recommend them to anyone. This is unacceptable.
