Unprofessional behavior
I must express my level of disappointment in one of the staff members that is working in labor ward C1-3. at Dora Nginza Hospital. Sister Hoyi is rude and Unprofessional, and she is a bully. She doesn't have the right way to treating people, she has no respect at all for people. She displays this behavior not only to the patients but to her colleagues as well. She doesn't have the blood to serve the public. She creates a toxic and unpleasant working environment and it's sad.

Appreciation post
I would like to appreciate the service of one particular person at Motherwell Home Affairs. I don't know her real name but her colleagues call her DeeJay. She gives excellent service not just to the community, I've also watched how she supports her colleagues. She's always willing to assist and she doesn't want to see people sitting in queues for a long time. She jumps in and assist especially when it comes to people with special needs. I really appreciate her, only few of government employees show and display a willing spirit. Big up Sisi DeeJay

Bad customer service
I went to Shoprite Greenacres port elizabeth and the cashier did not have any customer service nothing none whatsoever. She also had a nerve to tell me that i will pack for myself because she's too tired and she wants to go home at 7pm. Hayi ke the way she packed my things she was throwing it as if she throwing rubbish in the bin. I am still awaiting feedback from Shoprite's management as they promised that the would contact me.
