Pathetic Service delivery - fibre is down for the last 4 days. No response or communication from vodacom when this will be resolved

Pathetic Service Purchased a laptop and tried returning it within 7 days although return policy states return within 14 days with receipt and goods intact but Makro Springfield refuses to refund the item stating that you are not allowed to open the box.
Excellent Service. I logged my claim and in less than an hour I received feedback to say my claim has been processed and my refund will be processed asap. Thank you Glayvia Martin for the outstanding service.
My wifi has been down since Thursday last week and still not sorted. Ref: SR230323-941653
Yet again there is a problem with my wifi being down. I am told to wait 24/48 before it can be resolved. There is no urgency. I work from home and cannot work if my wifi is down. It is really very frustrating.
Wifi down yet again. Constant issues. Two weeks ago the line was down for 3/4 days. I work from home. My securing system is linked to the wifi. I have just had enough with vodacom. Looking to change service provider.
