Awesome Service made me feel safe and secure
During Lockdown we kept getting tamper signals on our vehicle which was parked for a time. After numerous phine call and reporting the issues, in Decemer they eventually sent some one to check the unit. The unit was faulty and was replaced. We are now having he same issue 3 months later, and now we been told we need to pay for a new unit and a technician to come out. The unit is 3 months old, is there no warranty? How many times will we need to replace the unit ad pay for it. I had to turn to Hello Peter to eventually get a technician out with the last issue.
Unfortunately for us this was the second time in 2 months we required the services of Park Panel in Vanderbijlpark. Once again the Service was impeccable. from the Security, the ladies in the office and the Workmanship they all deserve a full five stars. Thanks You again Park Panel Beaters, you went above and beyond our expectations again.
A huge shout out to each and every staff member at Park Panel beaters. Every step of the way, from the assessment to completion of our vehicle, we received nothing but professional and courteous service. We updated continuously on the progress of the vehicle and the vehicle was completed in the time period as promised. The work done on the vehicle was outstanding and of a high standard. Thank you your really made what was an unpleasant experience of having to have a vehicle repaired after an accident a breeze.
We keep receiving SMS that an alert was received for a power event, every time we do we have contacted tracker to schedule a repair as we suspect en issue on the unit. Today I call get put through to clients services explain my issue then get transferred to scheduling and booking, get cut off I don't know how many times and i have to call back. Even had someone answer my call and put it straight back down in my ear whilst it sounded like they were having a party on the side with all the loud laughter. Eventually I get put through to scheduling and booking to be told I need to go to client services, which was were I started in the beginning. I get told an email will be sent to client services to contact me, and now I wait. And to crown it all we get told we have never reported it or scheduled a repair.
The service received from Anathi/Nhlamalo today was absolutley awesome. Most professional. Thank you Miway for the reduction in my premium. I will strongly recommend you.
