From what I have read and upon some investigation that I have done I have come to the conclusion that Raw Chem International are just a bunch of sc***ers... They are ripping people off every single day by the seems of things... and I have now gotten to the point where if they want to take me to court like they are threatening me they are going to then they must do it so that I can show everyone who and what this company actually is... I've got my boxing gloves on for you. A little bit of a back story... I cannot remember exact dates, I do have the slips for all of this. I bought the special of the 50% off what not did not actually want it but after a very convincing conversation with these people I eventually took it... months later I get a phone call from another guy, after dumping the call multiple times, telling him I do NOT want their product again he says to me noooo the delivery guy is there to drop off your complementary bottles there is 4 of them due to us changing ownership of the company and with there being mishaps with your previous order the delivery guy is outside... now we are in June and I recieve a hefty invoice from them, to which I rep**** why am I being invoiced for degreaser? A guy from the company calls me and I said to him that I will not be paying for it as it was said to me it was complementary.... I said to him why would I want your product that is so ridiculously expensive when I can get a product 1000% times cheaper and a hell of a lot better.... he eventually told me that I am a rude B*** so I said no problem rather speak to my husband to which my husband said to him if you want to take this further please go ahead. Of course yesterday I recieved a final demand letter... how can a person get this company to stop ****ming people.... I want people to know about this company and how they lie to people and then just send them ridiculous amounts on a invoice... oh and let me just add... on the letter of demand they have added and almost extra R1000 for late fee and interest....
Most pathetic service I have ever received!!! Since the day we have bought our Renault Duster we have had issues, it has been back and forth to Renault just for their incompetent workshop staff to tell us they do not see anything wrong. In January I had broken down with the Duster due to the boost pipe popping off, they came and towed the vehicle away and in the same time I sent a whole long list with the car of all the other issues that there was on the vehicle. Needless to say nothing was done other than them replacing the boost pipe. Still sitting with the issues, on the 17th September my husband broke down with the vehicle and it is still sitting inside of Renaults workshop. We hardly hear from them unless we phone them to find out what is happening and it doesnt even sound like they know themselves what is happening. Long story short, the boost pipes clip went into the engine, and for a car that only has 60 000km on the clock they just want to fix bits and pieces of the engine instead of replacing the engine. I do not want a vehicle with only 60000kms on with a engine that has worked on. The vehicle is still under warranty and of course we paying a lot of money for a vehicle, we expect proper service not the half slap ass service that we are receiving from Renault. after many attempts of trying to get ahold of someone higher than the workshop foreman we got the number for the general manager and without any surprise he basically told us its not his problem and we should speak to the workshop foreman.. Needless to say I do not even want the vehicle back and I will NEVER IN MY LIFE BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM RENAULT AGAIN!!!!!
