We are deeply frustrated because the promised delivery date was missed. My wife took a day off work based on your confirmation and since the item did not arrive, she has now lost a full day's pay. Your company needs to be honest about delivery schedules, as false promises have real financial consequences for customers.
I claimed on March 9th for my home contents' (work hard drive and power station) with Budget Insurance. Unfortunately, my claim was rejected on the grounds of "wear and tear." However, what is more concerning is that they have not returned my items. It has been almost a month since I made this claim, and despite multiple calls to notify them about the issue, I have received no communication from their service providers. All I have been told is that my items are with the service provider. Due to this lack of communication and poor service, I have decided to cancel my policy. I would not recommend Budget Insurance to anyone. Very poor service indeed!
Never book with these guys. They stole my R1500 when I cancelled with Booking.com on the 5th November 2020. Booking.com tried to make numerous connections with Wex 1 apartments without any luck. I went personally to Wex 1 and got told it’s their online team that handles these issues. However, They make excuses not to pay you when it’s your own money. I’ll be sure to make a case if nothing is done.
