Melissa Gericke from Nucleus Supply Chain gives top notch feedback, customer service and follow through. If she says she will call you, she does. The delivery guys from Intertown delivered the fridge ahead of time on the 2nd day, which is appreciated.

Received a message that delivery wil be on friday witch is today made arrangements movedall my plans to make sure im there for delivery just to be told its not today anymore not even trying to make a plan for the customers not them or teljoy

I received ********** service from Portia Mashala , after I messaged her for a delivery - she said the driver will deliver after 18pm how can a 75 inch tv be laying flat in a delivery vehicle at the back of the canopy untied , an damaged and the driver not test it upon delivery, I am utterly disappointed provided that he delivered at 19.29pm and made me sign a delivery form , and fled off - i had to carry the tv with my dad in the rain into our home , the terms an conditions stated he had to test it when I questioned him he said his not allowed to do so , so I wanted proof or assistance as to how to get this tv collected , who delivers electronics after 10am in the morning those are said to be marked off as an urgent delivery it was dispatched early in the morning assuming at 8am for it to be delivered at 19.29pm this service is pathetic , to my surprise- the driver said he received it in that condition from teljoy , I dont want anyone to ever use nucleus or teljoy services they are beyond selfish and inconsiderate

We are deeply frustrated because the promised delivery date was missed. My wife took a day off work based on your confirmation and since the item did not arrive, she has now lost a full day's pay. Your company needs to be honest about delivery schedules, as false promises have real financial consequences for customers.

Dear Teljoy Team, I am writing to express my growing concern regarding the ongoing issues with my delivery. Earlier today, I received an official email confirming that my delivery would take place on 26/11/2025, and I have proof of this communication. Based on that confirmation, I contacted Nucleus to follow up—only to discover that the waybill number has now changed, and the information no longer matches what I was originally told. To make matters worse, both Teljoy and the couriers have now stopped responding, leaving me with no clarity, no updates, and no support. The level of service I am experiencing is on another level, and I am now completely unsure how to proceed. Each update I receive contradicts the previous one, and it has become impossible to rely on the information provided. I urgently request: A final and accurate delivery date, in writing. Confirmation of the correct and active waybill number. An explanation for the ongoing inconsistencies and the lack of communication. I would appreciate immediate clarity and resolution, as this situation is unacceptable. Kind regards,

We had to keep checking up, and were told it was being delivered on 2 different dates, so I was waiting around for a delivery that never happened. No one contacted us. I kept on having to call to find out what was going on. The driver was too impatient for me to try check the parcels, telling me to go into my home to get a pen as he didn't have one. Pushing me to sign before I had checked the orders. Which made me feel stressed and rushed.

Courier delivers my package to a completely random company that they googled which has a similar name to my company. They then proceed to lie about delivering the package to my home address. When I requested the delivery receipt they wouldn't give it. I eventually fetched my delivery myself.
