A few times our deliveries have been late. This time, 4 days later. We had to keep checking up, and were told it was being delivered on 2 different dates, so I was waiting around for a delivery that never happened. No one contacted us. I kept on having to call to find out what was going on. The driver was too impatient for me to try check the parcels, telling me to go into my home to get a pen as he didn't have one. Pushing me to sign before I had checked the orders. Which made me feel stressed and rushed.
I admit, I was gullible. I think I was ****med. I saw the websites name, and I thought I was supporting a proudly South African business. Turns out the shoes were sent from China. On the delivery package, it was written that the 4 pairs of shoes I had paid for were inside the small bag .. yeah, right. Only 2 pairs of the supposed 4 pairs of shoes were inside. The quality... eish.. it is bad. Personally, I feel I could have bought them from a local market for a maximum of R100 each, as opposed to R750 each. The moment I ask for a refund of the missing 2 pairs of shoes from Amahle Footwear sa, I then get radio silence.. I tried another email from the website, the "support amahle" email, it changes to someone by the name of Abigail footwear, and it says the email does not exist! Why am I not surprised. It may be my first time being ****med. But Karma follows those people who **** forever.
