I responded to a slick Facebook ad and was taken to the Amahle website, where I bought and paid for two pairs of shoes, thinking they were locally made. After a few weeks, just one pair arrived (from China) that were too small. After many email exchanges with support, no second pair ever arrived and I was given no way to replace the too-small pair. The communications then dried up and now I see their website (clearly Shopify hosted) has been taken down. To cut a long story short, I suggest avoiding this merchant!

Unfortunately this company is a ****. We bought 2 pairs of leather kids boots, and what we received was 2 pairs of plastic Chinese junk. we had a notification from bufalo couriers, so I am assuming a Temu like drop shipping operation. They would not refund us at all. please beware. they will send you proper junk with no recourse or refund.

An absolute ****! The website looked so professional with multiple reviews, now I realise those were probably bots. Claimed to be Proudly South African but the shoes originate from China. Claimed to be made from genuine leather but looks life R50 shoes.

I placed an order on the website. Lovely deals. Received only 3 out of the 4 pairs. And the quality is not as the site said it would be! And now when you log onto the site to log an exchange, the site is no longer working 😑 How do I get a refund, or my 4th pair of sneakers that I paid for?? Not a happy customer.

I would like to challenge Amahle to redeem themselves because people have no confidence in them. I have received my order but I'm very happy with one pair that fits me perfectly unfortunately the other 2 are quite small though they all the same size. I've emailed them regarding retuns and they haven't responded yet. Can they kindly contact me at zola.mak@gmail.com asap please. Thanks Helo Peter for this platform, much appreciated.

I admit, I was gullable. I think I was ****med. I saw the websites name, and I thought I was supporting a proudly South African business. Turns out the shoes were sent from China. On the delivery package, it was written that the 4 pairs of shoes I had paid for were inside the small bag .. yeah, right. Only 2 pairs of the supposed 4 pairs of shoes were inside. The quality... eish.. it is bad. Personally, I feel I could have bought them from a local market for a maximum of R100 each, as opposed to R750 each. The moment I ask for a refund of the missing 2 pairs of shoes from Amahle Footwear sa, I then get radio silence.. I tried another email from the website, the "support amahle" email, it changes to someone by the name of Abigail footwear, and it says the email does not exist! Why am I not surprised. It may be my first time being ****med. But Karma follows those people who **** around forever.
