I ordered 2 filters via email, asked the lady requested. We received the quote, and made payment. But they have just gone MIA on my delivery 😒 I need my order placed!!!
I placed an order on the website. Lovely deals. Received only 3 out of the 4 pairs. And the quality is not as the site said it would be! And now when you log onto the site to log an exchange, the site is no longer working 😑 How do I get a refund, or my 4th pair of sneakers that I paid for?? Not a happy customer.
I am highly annoyed right now with both FnF and Homechoice. I have never struggled this much just to receive a parcel. I received a parcel just last week from Homechoice, via the Fast n Furious Couriers at the address I gave. And all of a sudden yesterday’s delivery was sent back because the address was “not available” and all of a sudden the address didn’t exist on the system! Pathetic service I am receiving from homechoice and FnF. And on top of it I’m being billed for items I didn’t even receive!! I will not make a payment until all of this is sorted out!
I placed an order with Homechoice, and received an sms saying the parcel was despatched on the 16th Apr for delivery. When I called Homechoice, they say my parcel is returned because they couldn't get hold of me. I never received a call or sms that they are at my door or no1 is opening. And besides we all were available to receive the parcel as it's lockdown, where am I going?? I need my order delivered please. I cannot even get through to the courier service to get an update. Bad service delivery from them!!!
Telkom is seriously thee worst provider!! I wouldn't recommend Telkom to anyone! Especially when you call Telkom, you on hold for a hole 30mins before a consultant answers, and eventually when you get through to them, your query is not resolved!
