An absolute ****! The website looked so professional with multiple reviews, now I realise those were probably bots. Claimed to be Proudly South African but the shoes originate from China. Claimed to be made from genuine leather but looks life R50 shoes.

15 June 2019 BA6428 was suppose to leave at 06:40 am from Cape Town to OR Tambo. It is now 12 hours later as I'm writing this and my elderly parents are still waiting for a flight! This is not the type of service or customer care I expect from this international brand. We especially pay the higher price for excellent service and this is certainly not it. There was no SMS sent out alerting us that the flights are delayed even though they knew they had a backlog from the night before. There is no communication and no staff in the terminals checking on waiting passengers. Surely they could have put waiting passengers on outgoing flights that were not full even if that meant them flying with other carriers. I am disappointed and utterly enraged that my parents have to suffer this discomfort. Make a plan BA.

Some background: I have buildings insurance with FFW. My house was broken into last year and both my electric gate and garage door badly damaged and so I do what you're suppose to do when you have insurance, I call them. I call them only for them to tell me that I have to leave my house exposed for 2 days until they can send someone out. At that point we were desperate and we fixed it ourselves the same day.<br> <br> NOW: There is an issue with my ceiling and I logged a claim on the 3rd of December 2015 with Khumaron who promised everything will be taken care of, guess what? It is more than a month later, with numerous calls to the call centre from my side trying to find out who the service provider is and when they are coming out. Two supposed service providers later and nobody has come to my house, instead I am put on hold for more than 10 minutes by Yolanda without any feedback. Finally I get the service providers number but of course the numbers do not work.<br> <br> I am so frustrated, you pay them on time but they CANNOT seem to deliver the service for which you are paying. Instead I have to call after them and do their jobs for them!<br> <br> FFW I will not be referring you to anybody.
