Rain's service in my new town has been singularly disappointing for a company I recommended all over. They sold me a product that they knew did not exist here!!! The light in the tunnel has been the EXCELLENT customer care and support by support staff member Tina. She cares, is professional, and gave me all the promised feedback. I appreciate that.

Melissa Gericke from Nucleus Supply Chain gives top notch feedback, customer service and follow through. If she says she will call you, she does. The delivery guys from Intertown delivered the fridge ahead of time on the 2nd day, which is appreciated.

Rochelle and Timothy gave great pre-delivery service, admin and follow-up. Delivery date the communication was chaotic at times and I waited for the bed till after 8pm, 11 hours after delivery time. I am just glad I got it.

Bufallo excellent service
I would give them 20/10 for great service, excellent communication and friendly staff. It's a pity that the delays from OR Tambo airport reflect badly on Buffalo.

What is going on at OR Tambo security staff?
Since December 2024, OR Tambo's weak management of their security staff has caused various import delays, which many blame on Shein. In July 2025, so far, by the 6th, there have been 2 (2x in less than 6 days) caused by lack of security staff. Not good enough, OR Tambo!

Excellent service at Cappucinos the Grove Mall in Pretoria
The waffles are fresh and the newer fruit salad waffle is a winner. Service by waiters and manager are great.
