Good day This company is buying old debt and is threatening to blacklist people for accounts that have prescribed. The agent that contacted me did not know what prescription was. I have sent numerous emails to them explaining what prescription is They are starting to harass people when they clearly don't understand the credit act of South Africa. Their client also does not reply to any emails and one cannot contact them via telephone.

Good day This company is running a scam with just loans. I have emailed them numerous times about money that was taken of my account and have not received any replies to my emails. I have started legal proceedings against just bridge and now am looking to opening up a fraud charge against ucollect. Please be aware of the scam they are running

I wold like to nderstand how a credit bureau could let a company like Money star list a client that debt has prescribed.

They listed me without any notification for an account that goes back to 2013. The do not reply to emails and one isn't able to get hold of them telephonically. The attorneys that contacted me didn't even know what prescribed accounts are. They also could not give me contsct details for thier client. I would also like to know how a credit bureau like exprian could allow a company to list someone that debt has prescribed.
