Short story: Water pipe leakage claim 24/046261 -plumber sorts out the issue -builders’ reported as possibly messing up the above work -now – Stb insurance want another claim/another excess? (the team always give different solutions/never get back to you should the call disconnect/today you claim is closes, next reopened, next closed?… it’s just never-ending unprofessionalism
Struggled with my edgars account for 10+ months due to a fraudulent transaction they just couldn't 'investigate'. When I was put on the credit bureau, I decided to contact the Credit Ombudsman then shortly thereafter my case was assigned > next thing I know - edgars acknowledged/resolved my query.
What a Joke! Fraud occurred 8 months -Mar2020- back (someone paid R50 on an account with a negative balance then bought goods worth R150) on my account and I reported this immediately after receiving the statement but it is still not resolved and the group is happy to hassle you with email/texts but never dare call __ oh yes' monthly fees too? And now I'm being threatened with the Credit Bureau Card - REALLY?? I wonder what would have happened if the fraudulent purchase was exorbitant > Stop ignoring my mails. RESOLVE THEN CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND CREDIT THE 30SOMETHING RAND.
