My kar het die 29 Desember gebreek en ek het dadelik vir CCV gebel om my te help en Monique het my op roep geantwoord. Sy het my so mooi gehelp en die hele tyd vir my rustig gehou en vir my Verseker sy Sal my Kar reg kry en my so laat gerus gestel. As dit nie vir Monique was nie was ek n senuwee weak. Mweb does not answer their phones if you call them for assistance and their website is not helping at all Their service is terrible
The worst company that i have dealt with. I am still waiting for a month know to hear anything about my phone claim that Telkom have put in for me. I have not received even a email back after i have emailed a complain from them. I would like to have my phone fixed or a new phone. This is the worst company that i have worked with
