We purchased a coupon through wiki deals, where the terms of the coupon were very clear. However, upon trying to make a Friday booking, the lady at reception informed us that the coupon was only valid between Monday to Thursday. When we questioned this, they referred us to the terms of the deal, which we had in front of us on the coupon. When we read the terms to her, she said under her breath, "I can't deal with this", and sent us through to someone else. When we spoke to the gentleman, he said he can take our booking, but that the lady informed him that it was only valid between Monday to Thursday and that he did not know the terms of the coupon. Very poor service, and coupon sold under false pretense .
I have tried to contact Eskom about a million times in order to change my outdated cellphone and email address but can never get through. The self service option doesnt work either and I cannot login to the new app due to the outdated cellphone number.
I keep seeing an error message (E-96) when I try to withdrew on my fNB account money which i had received via PayPal.
