I am insured with Budget insurance and was required to install tracking system on my vehicle , Netstar premium included with my budget insurance installment , Netstar debit my bank account and was informed that refund will be done , To date my correspondence received on status of my refund???
Debit my bank account without consultation or informing me
Logged a call with Vodacom as we were experiencing connectivity issues , was give Vodacom: Vodacom: Service request SR230303-875523 update NoReply(2-TZW8TZ4). This call was logged 2 weeks ago , we now in the 3 week , no urgency or customer service from this internet /fibre provider,(Vodacom) taking into consideration that we work remotely. Customer satisfaction and the fact that our request for service is falling on deaf ears, is non existent There is no first point resolution and accountability from Vodacom fibre . You are constantly being transferred from one consultant to the other. This is a bad reflection on the reputation of Vodacom who is supposed to be South Africa ‘s leading network with a Footprint all over the world. Not even sure if me posting this here will attract their interest as customer service is not a priority to Vodacom
I have insurance policy with budget , added Netstar tracking, with panic button etc, tonight my daughter was in car accident and was stranded alone on dark road, called Netstar for assistance they transfer me to budget insurance even thought at time of accepting policy with budget I was advise that Netstar was the elite and best company to be associated with when it comes to hijack tracking and accident assistance, I thus left tracker and opted for Netstar , I move I regret this evening as my daughter was standing alone on the road side.Please let me know where I can cancel this Netstar policy
Had lunch at Capello Boksburg on 11 Dec2020@ 13h15 pm 4 pax . Service was non existent,Had to constantly remind waiter Yvonne about our food and drinks order. We were in a nutshell basically left to fend for ourselfs . At the end we had to do take - aways as we were limited for time. Very Poor service considering bill came to R1400??? and we gave R140 time , Famous words of Mr Nelson Mandela wraps up this review. “Never and Never Again”
