I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from Tamarah from Netstream. Every time my fibre gets cut off, I have to chase after her to get me back online. Where can one report such bad service?
Michelle from Lifestyle Home is a star! I had been worried when I’d receive delivery of an item that I bought at their Cape Town shop that was to be delivered in Joburg. She made sure I am kept up to date with the progress of the delivery. If only we could have more Michelle’s in the world. She is exceptional at what she does.
Ali was so kind to me. I ran out of battery and he called me back after I charged my phone. Best service ever!
It has been 4 months and my property is still not registered. Bad service from STTB Cape Town - they do not call the client to give an update. I am so fed up with them, I wish I could cancel the whole process!!!!
