Customer service? No such thing at AF.
The fact that a company one entrusts one's finances with - such as pensions - is a grave concern when their lack of interest to solve problems and immense arrogance to assume they don't have to communicate anything, beggars belief. I would recommend avoiding this company at any and all costs, and move what you have to another company. An absolute disgrace they are.

Great Service
I ordered a mixed case of award winning wines from Bottleshop and it was here in no time at all, along with a lovely email to check up and a free gift of a bottle of superb whisky! What a brilliant experience. Thanks bottleshop!
