Exclusive Books @ Clearwater Mall
I discovered a gift voucher given to me on my birthday January 2019. T's & C's on the card stated it was valid for 36 months. (Issued before the legislation for gift vouchers was changed) I took it to EB @ Clearwater Mall hoping that it was still valid. It had expired some years ago, I was so disappointed in my own negligence. But a week or two later they contacted me stating that the full value of R500 had been reinstated. I was amazed! Excellent service. Friendly helpful assistance.

My claims have always been paid. Any changes to items covered on the policy are always done with no hassle and endor*****ts issued correctly. Old Mutual Insure have given me peace of mind for more than 40 years.

Poor service
We prefer Pizza thick base. The last 3 orders placed, No thick base available! It's quiet they say, so they can't make thick base. Its Friday and the end of the month!!! My order placed at 19:15. They close at 21:00. My order no is 406. This is not cceptable service ☹
