To say im frustated would be an understatement. Ive spent almost the entire day speaking to different MTN agents about the suspension of my home wifi and ALL of them were telling me different reasons as to why its been suspended....Please can someone who has product knowledge about the home wifi contact me..
Yesterday i waited about 10 minutes in the queue to order at Pedros in Overport..Mind you there was nobody infront of me and there was nobody at the tills...I placed an order for 1/4 chicken,chips and garlic roll.i also specifically asked for the breast portion and extra hot sauce...it was a sit in order....I waited for over 45 minutes for my order..When it eventually arrived,it was the wrong order...The lady took it back and i waited another 10 minutes..Came back with the chicken and garlic roll,no chips...i had to wait a further 5 minutes for the potatoe chips to arrive.....I dont even want to mention the flies! What a bad experince.
Ive just recently used your Vanish liquid on my baby's clothes for the very first time...Im so disappointed and very upset with the end results...It left my baby's clothes discolored...like a yellowish colour...Most of his white clothes....
Im so fed up with Old Mutual and i just want out.....ive been trying to get someone to assist me since yesterday....i spent about 5 hours and an amount or R275 on Airtime trying to speak to a consultant but no luck....They've been transferring me from pillar to post..some agents answer the phone but after hearing my query,either hang up or keep quiet till i get fed up and hang up.....The only department were you actually get someone to help is if you want to join.....Dealing with these crooks has been such a night mare.....i need someone to just contact me and assist!!!
