Bad customer service at Top T tiles Olifansfontain
I bought the PVC tiles on Thursday till date I haven’t found and they didnt even care

bad experience
I had a bad experience with my claim. had to make calls after calls to be able to register the claim after registering had to call again after a day asking when I am getting the contractor, then they've sent the contractor after a day, again had to make a follow up after asking what is the hold up. I was told the claim is rejected because the leak is at the extended side, which I never extended the house they approved the home loan as it is and I have already claimed twice for that side and it was approved before, but now they tell me is because of the extension. and they have sent the detailed email of the rejection, till to date I haven't received that email. my email is kgomotsomavuso@yahoo.com
