Hi I went to Top T tiles in Dobsonville to purchase a replacement toilet I couldn't find one in stock a floor assistant Ntateko made a promise to check one of their sister branches sadly my partner couldn't wait she made a purchase of the toilet seat at CTM.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service we received from Top T Tiles Komani. We bought gamazine paint and we were given the wrong paint. The manager did not want to take accountability of the neglectance. I sent pictures to him and he didn't knowledge the receipt of them

They sold me ceiling board,later that day they were sold on half the price, i requested them to give a little discount since I bought from them, still having a till slip, they insisted that I hire a transport and bring them back, rebuy them, then get transport again to deliver to my place again, on top of that their ceilings were not one batch inside one box, the glue they recommended is not the right one, now my cornice is held by the *****s which are visible, what a terrible experience, that is the last time they saw my foot in their store, including my relatives

I placed an order with Top T's Click and Collect service on the 24th of November 2024 and received an order confirmation only on the 29th of November 2024—five days later. While this delay was inconvenient, it was manageable compared to what followed. On the 1st of December, I received an invoice from the store where I was supposed to collect my order. To my surprise, one of the items I ordered was missing from the invoice. I promptly rep**** to inform them of the issue and requested they update the invoice to include the missing item. By the 5th of December, having received no response, I tried calling customer service for an update. My calls repeatedly went to voicemail, and no one returned them. Frustrated, I sent an email on the same day, again seeking clarification. However, this email also went unanswered. Today, the 9th of December, I tried calling customer service again, and once more, my calls were not answered. Out of desperation, I contacted the store where I was supposed to collect my order. The staff member I spoke to admitted that the missing item was out of stock and said they had ordered it from another store. When I asked why I wasn’t informed of this delay, she explained that my contact details were not listed on the invoice they received from the online store. I’ve been waiting for two weeks for an order that is still incomplete. The lack of communication and accountability throughout this process has been deeply frustrating. As a customer, I feel overlooked and undervalued. This experience with Top T’s Click and Collect service has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered.

I’m extremely frustrated with the extremely terrible service we received at the Top T Tiles Clayville branch. We visited the store to purchase tiles and decided to buy more. The salesperson told us to proceed to payment, but at the register, we were informed the tiles were out of stock. Despite this, we were accused of lying when we questioned how an advertised product could be unavailable. Our request to speak with the store manager was initially ignored. After contacting head office, the manager appeared and began shouting at us. Furthermore, our interactions with Cindy and Retubella were shockingly unprofessional, with Cindy displaying overt rudeness. This is unacceptable. Top T Tiles needs to urgently train their staff in basic customer service and effective store management. Their utter lack of people skills and professionalism has severely impacted our experience. As regular customers for our business, we are profoundly disappointed and expect immediate improvements.

I have ordered a combo on TopT Tiles website during the promotion. But no answer if you call. You received emails with delivery dates and no delivery. Then you are informed that they will choose a tile for you

I bought tiles from top t tiles in Elim Limpopo. The shade is the same but when on the wall they are two colours. I tried to contact them but they are just quite.
