They sold me ceiling board,later that day they were sold on half the price, i requested them to give a little discount since I bought from them, still having a till slip, they insisted that I hire a transport and bring them back, rebuy them, then get transport again to deliver to my place again, on top of that their ceilings were not one batch inside one box, the glue they recommended is not the right one, now my cornice is held by the *****s which are visible, what a terrible experience, that is the last time they saw my foot in their store, including my relatives
I ordered my 2 large pizza's at Roman"s in Silver lakes, their workers don't verify the orders, I had to drive from Mamelodii to Silverlakes bcos of their mistakes, and I'm not the only one who complained that day, they are useless, I'm not sure if I must buy again there, all they know is sorry, that's all, you can tell that they are not worried. Very bad service
I would like to commend Pretty Mahlangu from Ackerman's in Mams Mall in Mamelodii East, I would like to commend the lady for having so much patience even if things are tough, I would recommend her customer service to anyone who needs help at Ackerman's clothing store in Mams Mall, she went all the way to help me when I needed assistance, I won't look back when I go to Mams Mall Ackerman's. I recently had a complaint with Capitec regarding my account but it was resolved quicker, I would like to commend complaint department the way they are making follow-up, I thought I won't use Capitec bank anymore but now I after this experience I started to like it more than before, they are very professional, they take their customers very seriously, thank you once more Fraser Rachidi
I paid a money to a beneficiary and it is not reflecting after 4 days I asked the bank and they told me about 48 hours, now after 6 days when I call is a different story, the beneficiary still did not receive the money, the money is hanging somewhere, I thought I will change my bank to use capitec to receive my salary but a big No, I will starve
I recently had issues with Vodacom contract, they promised to help me,not knowing that they will ***** me again,they then apologized,I forgave them,now I took another phone contract with them but they sent wrong phone,when I call them they keep on escalating the matter,now I can't use the phone but I'm paying, someone warned me not to take Vodacom contract online,but I ignored the person,now I regret,I will no longer take Vodacom online contracts,this is my last Voda contract online
When I was involved in car accident on the 26 November 2023,it was on Sunday, but the guys helped me from that Sunday until I received my settlement for my car,they kept me in the loop all the time, everything happened so fast,two to Three weeks was enough for everything, and their staff is excellent,I am even urging other people to turn to Momentum insure,☺️
I wanted to cancel my contract with Vodacom which was nearing it's end and I couldn't upgrade it anymore due to affordability,so a consultant convinced me by reducing amount I was paying, but not knowing that he is cheating on me by giving me higher gigs but he reduced network speed so that it cannot work for, and again on another contract they forfeited my airtime of which they didn't inform me as it is their policy not to warn unsuspecting customers about this,a rude lady by the name of SIMONE, couldn't help me,she even denied to give me her supervisor, therefore I am warning people not to take contract with Vodacom telephonically,rather go to the store, if you do it online they will rip you off,those consultants are ruthless.
I was involved in car accident, from the minute I started making a call,I never had any issues with staff from Momentum insurance,it took only 10 days to settle everything,i was helped by Gontse Moteane, this lady is very patient and knows what she is doing,I can recommend Momentum insurance to any person who has got doubts about joining Momentum to join it,you won't regret.
Telkom recently deducted my money *****ulently,then I went to Telkom kiosk at the Groove Mall and opened a case,they promised to resolve the issue,I even received a case number, but today a debt collection company phoned me to say Telkom handed me over to them and they are even promising to blacklist me,I never had a contract with Telkom,I will like to let everyone stop supporting Telkom as they cannot be trusted.
