I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received regarding my DStv account. My account was unlinked from the correct package without my consent, despite my payments being up to date. In addition, I have been experiencing ongoing difficulties accessing my MyDStv account. This situation is both unexpected and unacceptable. I have contacted support multiple times, yet the issue was not identified until my most recent interaction, where the consultant escalated the matter to the technical team. While I appreciate that effort, it is concerning that this was not picked up earlier. I kindly request urgent resolution of this matter, along with clarity on how this occurred and assurance that it will not happen again.

Horrible service
I've never experienced such horrible service from checkers sixty60. Placed my order at 8:32am this morning. Still haven't received my order till now. All they do is to change times. This is totally unacceptable.

Wrong product
I'm extremely disappointed with the service we received from Top T Tiles Komani. We bought gamazine paint and we were given the wrong paint. The manager did not want to take accountability of the neglectance. I sent pictures to him and he didn't knowledge the receipt of them

Refund
I've been waiting for my refund for the past two weeks. Since the product I order was canceled because it was out of stock. I called on Saturday, the agent that I spoke to said the matter was not escalated as yet. How long my I wait for my refund??? This is totally unacceptable.

Horrible service
What a horrible service we received at Banneton restaurant in Gqeberha. We were served by a waiter called Sinethemba. What a horrible waitress she is, with zero customer skills. We tried to explain our concerns to the manger. He also did not show any interest. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant to anyone. Terrible service ever. I'm so disgusted
