Good customer service
Hi I went to Top T tiles in Dobsonville to purchase a replacement toilet I couldn't find one in stock a floor assistant Ntateko made a promise to check one of their sister branches sadly my partner couldn't wait she made a purchase of the toilet seat at CTM.

Poor Customer service
Hi I was offered an iPhone with cheaper rates signed for the contract to my surprise the phone wasn't delivered nor any crosspondence from the service provider.....on the 1July 2025 an amount of R150 was debited from my account when I enquired I was told it's for insurance which I didn't sign up for,I then asked for a refund I was told to send my bank statement reflecting the debit order I comp**** and made a follow up and was told to wait 7 working days and that refunds are only done on Fridays so I should wait but can take up to 14 working days I will wait and see but I would like to advise people not to sign up with this ****mers their staff is rude they hung up while you're stating your dissatisfaction.

I went to Dis-chem Maponya Mall Pharmacy and I was attended to by Ms Muriel Kekana I explained to her what I was suffering from she consulted with the senior pharmacist to give me the correct medication she went out of her way to follow up and check how I was doing as she realized that I was in deep pain.Thank you for your advice and service.
