Oneplan pet insurance is terribly disappointing. oneplan has decided to reverse paid and settled claims and are now claiming that i need to pay back these funds. my pet has had treatment, i submitted the invoice and the claim was closed. again my pet had treatment, i claimed, i submitted invoice and the claim was successfully closed. this year due to a delay in treatment and invoice submission oneplan has decided to reject past claims and they expect me to pay back for those closed off claims. My pet has had treatment by a registered vetrinary doctor, invoice with details were submitted. your system should not have authorised the claim in the first place, you have authorised claims after this which indicates that all is in order. UNRELIABLE AND *****!!!
I Have been calling Vodacom endlessly to reverse charges and cancel my contract. after placing the notice for cancellation in February, for contracts(two) to end in March and be switched to prepaid, only one was ended. the other is continuing to bill. Vodacom call centres(outsourced **** centres, that seem to be billing Vodacom by calls taken and duration) can never assist. each time i call, they make me go over the entire history of the problem again, should this not have been logged on the system already? these call centres never escalate any issues or provide reference numbers. they always cut the call as an alternative to providing reference number or escalation. in February I had to argue with the consultant to place notice for cancellation, they said that I could only place notice on the 28 feb 2025, after some argument and convincing, they were able to place the notice. I feel that this bully tactic from Vodacom is just to get extra premiums out of loyal customers.
