Still waiting for my order
I’ve order Truvalast formula on the 20th of December 2020 n till today I haven’t received it.I sent them an email on the 3rd of January 2021 inquiring about my order,they then asked me to verify my address which I did but still not delivered.I think they jus rip people off.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!
My Jeep Grand Cherokee was towed to Jeep Menlyn on the 6th of January 2021.I was called by Kanneth on the same day asking what was wrong with it.I told him the temperature goes up and the radiator fan isn’t coming on.I told him the car is still under warranty and they should contact Innovation.On the 7th I received an email saying my car will be ready on the 12th,I called them dat day around 3pm and spoke to Ezekiel who took my number and registration number and told me he will call me in a minute which he never did.On the 14th I called them again around 3pm,spoke to him again to my surprise he asked me if I’m gonna pay cash for it then I told him it’s still under warranty then he said he will call Innovation n call me back.He knocked off without calling me so it means my car have been standing there for a week and nothing had been done to it.Im a renal patient and I’m struggling to go for my dialysis.Their service is Terrible to the core.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
My Jeep Grand Cherokee was towed to Penta motor group ( Menlyn ) on the 6th If January 2021,I was call by Kenneth on that day asking me what’s wrong with the car.I told him the temperature is going way to high n it seems like de radiator fan is coming on.There next day ( 7/01/2021 ) I received an email saying that the car will be ready by the 12th,I called them on that day around 3pm n a guy by the name of Ezekiel took my number n registration number and told me he will call me in a minute which he never did.On the 14th around 3pm I called again and spoke to Ezekiel again and to my surprise he asked me if I’m going to pay cash for my car and I told Kenneth that the warranty stills covers it so to me the car has been standing there for a week there b And nothing had been done on it.I struggling to go for my dialysis as I’m a renal patient.He then told me he will get back to me and they knocked off without doing so.The service from them is Terrible Very Terrible.

Very Bad Service
I ordered Double Deal LED Selfie Ring Light With Tripod and fully paid for them on the 13th of this month ( November ).Today is the 18th November and when I log in it’s still saying awaiting tracking no.Ive send them an email but still no response from them.I will never advice anyone to do business with this company at all.Very Bad Service.
