I booked for 6 People to stay overnight on the 23 of September2022,i did the bookings through Bookings.com ,i did the booking in July2022 and paid over the full amount as well in July 2022 ,4 days before we had to stay over Misty Morn cottages contacted us and say they did not have space for us anymore ,because there is a new owner and he has booked the rooms out for his friends ,im trying to get my money back ,but with no success,Misty said in the beginning they will pay us back but now they say Bookings.com must pay it back and you can try and phone Bookikings.com the just dont answer there phone same as Misty Morn that dont answer my whatsapp messages anymore ,poor poor service of both companies
I,m trying to get my R23500.00 deposit back from a car that i rented from Hertz i have made about 7 calls every time they tell me another story and that it is my bank that takes so long , i spoke to the bank and they say they have not received the letter from Hertz to release the funds ,its know two weeks already ,
i asked them to do over my swimming pool and what a great job they did ,
