Poor quality
Bought a few bags at 80% off. They are definitely not premium quality and not even worth the price at 80% off. Material and fastenings are of poor quality. Zips and clips are not stainless steel and already look discolored on day one. Very disappointing.

Excellent service
I am very happy with the service. I caused a bit of confusion requesting a change of address for my parcel which stalled my delivery for a while. I then requested that the change of address be cancelled, after which there was a miscommunication between Head Office and the warehouse in my province, and my parcel was not dispatched. But after calling customer service at 15:00, RAM promptly dispatched my parcel and I received it by 15:45. A process that was initially meant to take a few hours ended up taking 3 days but this was just a result of miscommunication. My call was dropped after waiting for 15 minutes initially, but I called back and the staff was very polite. I spoke to 3 different staff members who were all friendly and helped me. The online tracking process is also efficient and every call made and received was logged on the track record. I am extremely glad that RAM was patient with me and delivered my parcel in excellent condition.
