My son bought FORD RANGER 2.2TDCi XLT A/T P/U D/About 18 months ago. It has had endless problems from day 1. They sold him a dud and then had the nerve to use HIS warranty to fix problems they should have sorted out. They continue to delay on taking the car back and are now saying he will owe R50k. Constant delays in booking it in and fixing it for the umpteenth time. Wendy Knowler can you assist? This is blatant abuse of consumer rights. Unacceptable! Do not buy from them. They have not displayed integrity with a young man, with not much resources.
I am so annoyed. After numerous requests for my Keyshia Cole CT ticket refunds, it still hasn't been paid. Since April! They have had my money since September 24. I want it back with interest. Portia keeps saying she will revert with feedback. I filled in their BOT forms. Still nothing. Shocking lack of service. Unprofessional. Don't use them!!!!
Shocking service. Firstly, the call centre has you holding on for years. I have requested Discovery to remove a block on my chronic meds umpteen times but every month it's the same story. They block it and we have to sit on the phone. For years. We hate them. We are trying to change medical aids just because of this!! No. 224680783. It's not worth the stress. Any recommendations of who to move to? Bonitas?
I have requested Old Mutual to send my RA over to Glacier on 17 August 2023. They have specific time standards for doing this. It is 3 October and they are still confused about it and have not transferred my RA to Glacier, neither have they confirmed when this will be done. Poor on all levels. Spoke to me as a client as if I am an intermediary.

Does not respond to queries. Refuses to give feedback on unpaid dental benefit which I pay for. Lies and says they answered my query when they did not.
