Telkom company is crooking SA citizens
Telkom has been stalling in resolving my query and they have handed me over to their debts collectors. Crooks they are. I have been receding reference numbers but nothing have been said or done.

Incompetent Telkom Management

Telkom won’t resolve my query instead are demanding payments
Hi, I walked in at the telkom shop at park station JHB on the 03/11/2020. I was assisted in obtaining my cell phone number,. apparently it's two accounts I have with telkom AND I ONLY KNOW OF ONE AND I AM IN POSSESSION OF ONE SIM CARD . However, I keep getting billed and have been handed over to Nudebt collections. None of my concerns or queries have been answered. Telkom is crooks and I will not pay till I get pure clarity. This is not right someone must answer on behalf of Telkom. Still no bank deduction from Telkom
I still have had no arrangements made with Telkom, why must I find my way to the bank and deposit whereas I issued my banking details. First SMS from Telkom SA: Dear customer, Your account for customer 103777591 has been suspended due to Collection Why is Telkom failing to contact me for rearranging my bank details. I should I find myself in bank long queues just to fulfill and stay away from financial issues. I still regret the day I answered Telkoms phone.

Telkom route Telkom SA: Dear customer, Your account for customer 103777591 has been suspended due to Collection sms dates 23/11/2020. I regret the day I answered to their call selling their product. It will be the second time I’m being handed over to Nudebt collections simply because of fault not debiting my acc. Telkom never answers their phones to resolve serious issues , if they do they will send you from dept to another. I need someone to call me.
