Debt Review Hold without authorization.
Dear Absa, are you able to tell me who gave you the authority to put a debt review hold on my profile preventing me from accessing my cards on your banking app? I never signed up for any debt review as far as I know and never gave authorization such?

Incorrect overdraft balance on all ITC's
I'm currently paying off my overdraft balance monthly thus reducing monthly and yet my profile isn't being updated to reflect the correct balance, is there a reason for not updating the reducing balance? what's the point of paying?

Systems Issues
Good day, I fer a few issues I need to be resolved as I'm struggling to get any assistance from the relevant departments: Short Term Personal Loan was settled on 24 Oct 2025, and the final debit order still went off my account on the 25 Oct 2025, I need a refund to be processed urgently as I have upcoming debit orders that will fail as a result of this error and resulting in unnecessary bank fees. Additionally: my credit card debit order went off on the 24 Oct 2025, as a results of the weekend pay. I requested for changes to be made to 1st business day following.
