Stable Internet Service Provider
App**** for a connection and the sales team was so efficient togeterh with their technical team who came to install at my home. Would recommend TTConnect and the network is very stable.

No cancellation done
I cancelled my services on the app 2 months ago and stated the issue was about connectivity in my place which was never resolved. Now only to discover it was never canceled now want my refund as I stopped using your services when I cancelled the service. Please refund me and come take your router and sim card. Thank you

Pathetic Service and Fraudsters
They run a special for R199 for 3 months then tell you to add R50 for black tag so you can have a guest every time you come to the gym. Come month end the story is different when they deduct the money and when you ask for clarification no one cares to come back to you. When you ask they tell you the head office will come back to you and now they keep on trying to deduct even though you didnt go to the gym. The service is disgusting and unprofessional
