A HIDDEN GEM - Agulhas
A hidden treasure in Agulhus, South Coast of Western Cape. Amazing gift shop, with decor and the cutest gifts. The restaurant was phenomenal, Saroghe was our waiter. Her laughter lifts your spirits and is attentive, her service is flawless ✨️. Our next visit will definitely include a visit or 2 to Suipunt Potpourri!

ATTITUDE ON STEROIDS @ SPAR
The service at San Luis Spur has elevated to new heights. Our past 2 visits have been an absolute pleasure. 29 May - Corne was our waiter: Attention to detail 👌 Attitude 5 🌟 Speed 5 🌟, we later found out he had not been in the job long - well he is a fast learner. 4 June - Gugu was our waiter, a warm welcome smile, my husband was joking with her, she gave it straight back to him. Speed of service 10+ Attitude exceptional 👌 Overall service - 5+star If we visit when someone us celebrating a birthday, it's awesome to see how ALL the staff JAZZ up the energy, upu can't help yourself, you sing along, clap and have fun. The management team are approachable, always friendly, and attentive. It's s great place to visit.

Sour on Seattle coffee brand!
We are ..no no...we were addicted to Seattle coffee. The love if coffee died yesterday when my cappuccino was made with sour milk, and when the staff were informed, the two ladies shrugged their shoulders. The staff have been changed at this store - what a shame - it seems like a suicide mission for the brand!

Medical EXPERIENCE AWESOME 👌
Any medical procedure is daunting, this was my first visit to LDH, arriving at 06h00, being received by a friendly administration official, a quick march to the ward, by a sprightly lady, full of smiles and very thorough. The team, three ladies, doing all the checks and balances were amazing. Apologizing for their chilly hands, getting us all to chuckle. The reception in the theatre, put my mind at ease. Too have been served a HOT cuppa tea, and a freshly made sandwich, was very welcomed. They are a fantastic team - thank you for the wonderful experience.

WOOLWORTHS - Customer Obsessed
Woolies advertised liquid soap powder at R74.99, a R15 discount. I purchased 2 bottles (only stock on the shelves), paid and headed home. I checked the slip at home, no discount was processed. I returned the next day, advert and till slip, popped 4 more in the trolley, at the till I shared what had happened. A supervisor attended to the matter promptly, apologized and refunded the full amount back to my credit card. Woolies, clearly understand how important the customer is. Well done to the team at Woolies, Laguna Mall.

The Daily-Langebaan-FLIPPED TO PERFECTION
Previously we received dreadful service, and today we tried again, hoping for a better experience! We were NOT DISAPPOINTED, a new manager has flipped the service, it was wonderful being there today. Keep it up ladies, you're a great team 👍

HAPPY FEET - 😊- Absolute Bliss!
HAPPY FEET, oh my soul, what a wonderful experience. The best pedi I have had in years. Christine's attention to detail is phenomenal, it is evident from the start she cares about your feet and her client. I am confident that you will be amazed too!
