Failed to deliver or refund - *****ulent
Warning - suspect *****ulent supplier. Ordered and paid for items in December. Have not received my order or any communications related to it other than automated mail saying it is "being processed". Follow-up emails have not been responded to. Phoned over 2 working days without getting through to anyone, regardless of which option you select on calling. Suspect they are *****ulent or in liquidation and they do not seem to be fulfilling orders or have staff.

Good managing agent if you get the right team
Having worked with 3 different property management companies this has been the most professional one so far. They are a large corporate but if you get the right team assigned to your complex, then they are capable of providing effective service. Nadia Faria is a good Portfolio Specialist and has many times gone beyond the call of duty to sort out issues at our complex and her conduct and advice has been professional. It is a pleasure dealing with her and her team.
