Nike shoes not of good quality anymore
I bought a pair of white Nike for my daughter before school started. We are only in the second month of school and this shoe's glue has worn off now he shoe is open where the glue is supposed to be. I pay alot of money so that the shoe can last for the year. I might as well have bought cheaper shoes. Wat am I supposed to do now with a Nike that my daughter can't wear to school anymore?

CTP PRINTERS IN PAROW REFUSES TO PAY SINGLE PARENT FOR DAMAGES MADE BY EMPLOYEE IN COMPANY TRUCK ALMOST HARMING 8 MONTH OLD BABY
This company is really pathetic!! One of their truck drivers drove into me while I was standing in my own lane. My BMW is damaged and the managers didn't even have the decency to come to me at the scene. They refuse to pay for the damages their driver caused and now I am sitting with a smashed BMW. I don't have insurance because I am a single parent and can't afford to pay for insurance, my kids were with me in the car when this happened. Their insurance refuses to pay for the damages they have caused. How can people just refuse to pay for something they damaged? What country are we living in that allow people to get away with things like this. I would understand if I drove into him but I wasn't even driving, I stood in my lane at a stop street and he just smashed my car then tells me I should've just gone before him but how could I do that if he was coming at a speed. I would never put my children in such danger. I need help please because my car has been standing still for months now and I need my car. This company doesn't even care, no sorry or NOTHING!! The driver admitted to everybody, even the traffic officer that he was at fault and then when he leaves the scene, he changes his story.

Placing incorrect products under the promotion price tags
Everytime I shop there when they have specials advertised. When I get to the till point, the price is never the same as you see on the shelves. Then they go with you to the product and just say it is on the sticker is on the wrong place but they don't give you the product for the price you have taken it for. Happens all the time. Then the branch manager keeps saying that we must've taken the incorrect boxes... Well clearly, because boxes were placed in the shelf with the promotion boxes. Today the mama's pies were on special, but they placed some boxes of 4 by the 2 for R100 special, we had to drive all the way back to the shop which isn't close by which costed extra amount of petrol. The branch manager that I spoke to on the phone didn't even come to the till point. He sent another lady. Really don't know what happened to good customer service. He doesn't even apologize or offer something to reimburse me for my petrol I had to drive out all te way to the shop again. In his eyes it is our fault. Really disgusting
