Coco Safar - Sea Point I found it terrible disgusting to pay for a small piece of Cheese cake about 8cm wide for R145.
A transaction was done on the 20th November 2020. When no funds were reflected in the account on Monday 23rd November, numerous calls was made to Nedbank and all they can say is that they will log a call or they have given me numbers to contact (on my own expense). Updated of our machine was done, and my employee had to swipe her card and that money is in the account already. We were promised and assured that the funds would be in the account the Friday 27th November. Today the funds are still not into our account! No assistance from higher authorities from Nedbank, has not contacted with any news till today which is 8 days ago. We were told that the funds is physically there in their account with a new batch number and as today the funds are still not reflecting in our account. What if the shoe was on the other foot?
