Every time I come there they always forget to put all my food in!! This is now the 2nd flipped time!! I didn’t complain the 1st time! I drive all the way from flipped Midrand so I can come buy from you guys and you always make the same mistake!! Like flipped hell?!
On the 25th of Feb I placed an order online for a parcel and was told it would arrive on the 5th of March which I really didn’t mind. Today is the 17th! I still have not received my order. I went to the store, last week to try trace as I had asked for it to be dropped there. They had no idea what I was talking about. I called the agent after I had left the store and she assured me the product had been dropped at the store and the person that had accepted is Phindile. I went back to the store with this information. They still didn’t have the parcel, didn’t even have anyone called Phindile there, I had to use my own airtime to call the online service cause I was told the store’s phone was offline. I stood there in my pregnant state for 35 minutes trying to talk to someone about my parcel! The guy I spoke to told me my parcel is siting in another branch and wanted to know how far I am from that branch so I could go fetch it! The nerve! I told him I would not be able to do that as I am 9 months pregnant and am not even supposed to be running around searching for a parcel. He put the phone down on me! Guys! What must I do to get my parcel??? I’m not driving all the way across town to fix your mistake I’m sorry. Please fix this ASAP!
Worst customer service ever!! PicknPay Northgate deli must be the worst run section! I went to the store to do my groceries, got to the deli area and there was no one, left to finish my shopping, came back no one. I asked the lady from the fruit section for help, she says she’ll call someone I go get something else and no one! Eventually I go to the managers desk I grt there, 4 whole managers are sitting there I tell the 1 my issue, he calls someone from the floor, this person promises to get someone. I go back to the section still no one. Another man joins me in the cue, and someone that seems like a manager comes and asks how I’m still standing there..eventually I just left the trolley with food and went to Woolworths instead atleast there, they care about their customers and can assist. Thanks for nothing PicknPay.
Worst food I have ever ordered in my life, they have definately lost a customer in me. Doppio Zero Broadacres sold me a burnt pasta from the bottom right to the top! Not just your ordinary burnt but black and ugly tasting kind of burnt. Head Office tried to make contact but obviously the store didn’t care as nobody even bothered to contact me. Imagine doing that to a pregnant woman! Disgusting!
Worst service I have ever come across, went to Doppio Broadacres to get food as a takeaway. I wanted to eat it for breakfast the next day, low and behold my Chicken pasta with garlic was burnt on the top and bottom, it was terrible. I tried s****ing the burnt parts off but the smell was horrendous! I sent an email to info@doppio but still no response and everything was attached. I had to throw a while meal because of selfish people, shame on your for messing with a pregnant woman!
