Xtra Wiskunde klasse gives Pre recorded lessons not one on one as promised and 12 month contract without notice period.
I am disgusted by the treatment that I got from Hendrik van Tonder from Xtra Wiskunde Klasse. He sends you a Google form to join Xtra Wiskunde Klasse. That Google Form have very strict Terms and Conditions. The Terms bind you for 12 months. The lessons are pre recorded and not one on one as promised. I joined 1 August and 15 August I gave notice that we will not be going on with lessens in September as my daughter has specific needs and the recorded lessons are not what we need. I received a message saying I signed a 12month contract(the Google form) and can not give notice. I then sent a month’s notice and paid for September. The next day I got a Letter of Demand for R5670 that I must pay for cancelling before 12months are over. I wrote a Google Review which has disappeared. He also sent me a message to warn me that he will sue me if I write a bad review. I have spoken to another parent that is going through the same bad treatment from mister van Tonder.

Scam
I ordered a Phillips Coffee machine on 10 November. Delivery was scheduled for 17 November. I contacted the courier they said would deliver the package, they promised delivery on 26 November. After that when I phone there is no answer for Mt Shopper or Pelican Express. I think they work together. Think it is a scam.
