I joined Capitec claim 2023,after they took over from old mutual cause old mutual was very expensive.... Next thing my aunt passes on the 23rd of february,we took time to get a death certificate,we received it on the 05th of March my cousin claimed and received her lumpsum money,i went to claim on the 6th,on the 7th i receive and email that my claim was declined which is her death certificate when it came it was back with another surname which is none of us know that she was Married we used her ****en surname to all our policies, Now i get lame excuses i need a clarity on that cause its an extended family not a mother or sibling,it was clear from day one when i took a policy that she's my aunt and an extended family
I had a tracker with mixtelematics on my car i paid money for a panic button that i didn't have they never sent it to me for 2 years and a half 2024 when i upgraded i complained about it they sent someone to come and upgrade it then we received a panic button,they promised to reimburse my money back so last year October i decided to cancel it they've been adding money on my profile that i owe them she i send them an email they say i just pay R1600 for cancelation fee how come which is they still owe me and now no one is saying anything its clear they are ****mers
Im paying R300 on my tracker since they promised me to bring a panic button 2 years back till now,now ivw been receiving emails,text and calls that im behind mind you even a single month I've never skipped my payment i send emails no reply 2 consultants called i explained to them whats my problem im jot getting any help from them but they have a nerve to call me and tell me i haven't paid this month which is i paid this week as 1 of their consultant called then said no i see that u haven't piad for this month that's all,can they please fix their problem
i made an EFT wrongly to their account,i sent several emails to them but no one is responding,its been 15 days now i thought ill get my money back but they don't seem to be interested,i know its not their fault but just to reverse it back to my account ua that too much to ask?
I bought kellogs at makro they taste so awful and stale they are distasteful,even the smell is not nice.
my ring is 2 months old is starting to fall out diamonds n loosing its shape I'm so disappointed on their product I'm not happy at all....
Mrprice dose not deserve a star at all I have a clothing account with them last year one of their insurance company called and offered me a mrprice mobile airtime and never explained that the airtime will be linked to my account and I must pay certain amount I want to close it when I call their head office you hold forever no respond and their email address is not valid....
Mrprice mobile seems to be playing with us when we cancel our contract they keep on deducting money and when you call they say they haven't received any of that query
I have a simcard contract with mrprice mobile it ended in July so I didn't pay in August coz I knew it was done with it they called me that I must go pay in mrprice and call to cancel my contract which is I did but now they are busy calling and sending sms's that u must pay I don't understand pls help.....
